At Building Controls & Solutions, we strive to ensure you have the right components for your projects; if you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and hardware are included.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark your assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package to the distribution center address provided by our team.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned controls, we will process your refund or store credit, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 7-10 business days.
