Hoffman Specialty head assembly for 1-1/4" FTO15H, 15 pound pressure, F&T traps. Includes air vent, gasket, float mechanism, and float pre-assembled on a new replacement cover. With this pre-assembled kit you simply remove the bolts holding the existing cover onto the trap and then install the new assembly without having to remove or replace the parts from the old cover individually.
